Filing a Claim is Simple

At Senior Life, we know the first 24 to 36 hours are crucial with the death of a family member. We pride ourselves on paying claims fast to ensure your family is taken care of during this time. Senior Life pays most claims within 24 hours of the receipt of all necessary paperwork. Senior Life is committed to helping your loved ones in their time of need. Filing a claim is simple. Please call us toll free at 1-877-777-8808, so that we may assist you with this process.

 

To file a claim, you will generally need to submit three things:

1. Senior Life Claim Form (see below)

2. Certified Death Certificate

3. The original insurance policy(ies), if available, or an Affidavit for Lost Policy

    (included on claim form)
