We want to provide an atmosphere for our agents that is not only energizing but a relief from the typical 9 to 5 job. We pride ourselves on getting things done right the first time and that starts with our agents. We know that making a sale each day is hard, but with determination and perseverance, nothing is impossible. Every Manager for Senior Life also likes to go outside the corporate boundaries for rewarding agents. At Senior Life, we provide numerous incentives that not only provide fun for the agent but the agent's family as well. 3 Consecutive Years of Service with Senior Life
$75,000 AP each of the 3 Years (or $225,000 for the 3-year period)
Persistency must meet or exceed Senior Life’s average.
Agent’s account must be collateralized, and agent must be in good standing with the Company at the time of ring presentation.
